FAQ

1. Can I collect my item?

Yes, you could collect it from our warehouse directly. We just charge £5/each as handling fee. Before you go to collect your order, you need to go through our checkout system and indicate the collection date and payment method. We just accept Postal Order, Banker's Draft or Cash for collection. In the check out system, you would be given detailed collection address. If you do not go through our checkout system, our warehouse would not allow you to collect and your order would be delayed. Please do not go to collect your order earlier than your scheduled date in case your item has not been prepared by our warehouse. Please phone our warehouse in advance and bring the collection invoice with you when you go to warehouse.

2. How do I find out more technical information on the item I wish to bid on?

We are given all the technical specifications by our manufactures and endeavor to list as much information as possible to help you know our company, product and sales policy well.  
Although our in-house team is keen followers of electronics, IT & consumer goods, we don't always have the expertise to answer the very detailed and technical questions we get from our buyers.
If we have the information you require, we will respond as soon as possible. If not, we often suggest our bidders that they do a bit of their own research on the internet. There are websites that provide a lot of technical information on a wide range of product, which can assist in your purchase decision.

3. I want to change other colour of this item. Can I do that?

We are very sorry that we could not provide colour exchange service as the auction is different priced for each item and order is managed by system automatically.  Please confirm your preferred colour of the item before you bid or buy.  If you have any special needs, please contact us.

4. Can I go to your shop to check the product?

We are very sorry that we do not have showroom.  We are a 100% online company.  You could not check the item before you got it.
In our webpage, we put product information and purchase terms in detail.  Please go to our eBay page to find the product details and the product pictures.  If you could not find the answer you want, please contact us.

5. I had already left feedback to you, could you please do the same for me?

Our system is set up to leave feedback automatically after got customer's feedback.  After receive your feedback, we will leave you the feedback very soon.

6. Can I cancel the auction as I do not need this item now?

Auction winner must inform our Customer Service the cancellation by email before order ships out.  
a. If your order was already shipped out before your cancellation, you couldn’t cancel it.  If you do not want your order after you receive it, you could return it according to our return policy.  Please check our eBay page.

b. If your order was not shipped out and you did not pay your order, you have two options to avoid eBay unpaid strike:

1. After 12 days of the auction closes, you should receive a payment reminder email from eBay, please just reply to eBay that both of our two parties agree to close the case. So we will close the case and get credit from eBay.  Meanwhile, you should receive payment reminding emails from our order system, you could just ignore them. It is sent by system automatically..
2. If you want to close your cancellation faster without waiting 12 days, you could pay us the eBay insert fee and final value fee, and then we could close the case for you directly in eBay.  Please contact us for eBay insert fee and final value fee of your order..

7. How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?

First of all, you need to input your email address and item number.  Then you can follow the instruction to check your order out.  On the last step of the check out, you could find the total amount you should pay.  Please print the invoice out if you need. 

8. Can I ship multiple items together to save on the shipping?

Sorry, we do not have combine shipping discount.  For large size item, the courier company do not allow combine shipping.  Please understand our margin on eBay is very low.  We have very limit room to offer any discount for this high quality product.

9. What methods of payment do you accept?

1. Paypal (preferred)
2. Bank draft, Postal order or Money Order
3. Personal Cheque

10. Do I need to sign for my item on delivery?

Yes, the courier company requires a signature upon delivery.
If you are not at the location on delivery, the driver will leave a card at your door and notice you the second delivery time.  You could wait the second delivery or take the card to your local depot to collect your item if you could not make the appointment time.  You also could phone the courier company directly.
If the second delivery failed, the courier company will return your item to our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible after your second delivery failed, we will try to make the courier to have a third delivery for you.

11. Are parcels covered by transit insurance?

No, the parcels are not covered by insurance.  Customer need to pay the insurance by their own if they want it.  However, we will provide a tracking number of your parcel so you could easily chase your item.
If you have not received your item within 7days after we confirmed your payment, please contact us within 15 days from the date of payment otherwise we will be unable to trace it.

12. Can item be shipped to Spain/Italy/Malta/Greece?

We only could send the item to the countries which are listed on our eBay page.  Please check the shipping zone on our eBay page..

13. What is your Refund Policy?

If you really want to return the item, we can refund you according to our return policies.

Following is our return policies on our eBay page.
All auction items are guaranteed brand new.
We accept return only for manufacturing defect within 7 days after you receive your order.  After this 7-day time window, we would not give refund for any reason.
For any manufacturing defect, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement. 
Refunds are for the bid amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end). 
Buyer will pay the return postage.
Return must be received in new condition with original packaging. Return item must be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

14. What’s the warranty for your product?

We provide one year manufacture defect guarantee for our product.  Please contact us for any problems during this period.  We will try to help you.

15. Is warranty extended if an item is replaced?

No. Replacement warranty will not beyond the original warranty time.

16. Do you have telephone support?

In order to pass the save to our customer, we only provide email Customer Service.  Please contact us by email for any problem without hesitation. We guarantee your questions will be replied within 24 hours.

17. My question has still not been answered. Why?

We will reply your emails within 24 hours except weekends or holiday. If you did not get the reply in two days, please check your Trash and Spam folder in your mailbox and make sure your email system do not block our email.
