PICK UP: We charge $15 handling fee for pickup. You need go through our
checkout system firstly. Otherwise, our customer service could not authorize our warehouse release this item and your order would be delayed. This is 3rd party warehouse and could not handle any payment issue. You must pay us firstly by Paypal firstly. And then, our customer service will email you invoice and pickup detail information. Warehouse need customers' 24 hours phone notice in advance for pickups. Please do not go to our warehouse to pick the item up without our emails about pickup details.
We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours expect weekend and holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments. We could not handle any rush orders.
All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier company.
If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.
Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.
